Appearance: Neci is 5'10" in height, relatively tall for
a female of her region. Her blood-red hair is cropped short, and matches her ruby eyes. With her always is her lucky jade
pendant, and her right arm bears a band tattoo of alternating dashes. She has both her ears pierced in several places, top
and bottom.
Her normal outfit consists of several basic items. Overly, her green, buckled tank top. Her lower part
is covered underneath by tight breeches and overlapped with bagging folds of fabric. On top of this are her chain-lined loincloth
and a loose belt. Accompanying this are her large boots, cuffed with a band of spikes near the knee and a large spike on the
boot tip.
Brief History: Neci's power stems from a line of Demons that run on her mother's side.
She was abandoned when she was nigh 7 years old by her father and left to wander the streets. A band of Gypsies adopted her
and as her powers manifested she became a performer for fire eating, light shows and fire apparition which she cunningly disguised
as magic tricks rather than her own powers. Neci was once involved in a quest for the Harp of Obsidian, wherafter
she entered an off-world tournament and met her first true friend, another half-demon named Glomoro.
Abilities:
Basic energy attacks using fire and ki energy. Neci can wield, create, and blast forth fire from any part of her body when
in demon form, though in human form she can only use her hands.
Reign of fire - Somersault
into the air, curl up to focus energy, and fan out body to release a shower of white-hot bullets of concentrated fire. About
30-40 bullets with one shower, number dwindles if energy is low.
Maelstrom Fury - A series
of super-quick moves, too fast+powerful to block with one technique (chain reaction looking) useful at close range only: opponent
receives shuto strikes (pinky-side edge of the hand) to both sides of the head simultaneously, then is grabbed by the shoulders
and brought forward into a rising knee-kick to the stomach. Neci will stay clung to the opponent's shoulders and raise both
knees up under her arms so that they rest against the shoulders of the opponent. This will cause the opponent to fall backwards,
and their arms will be pinned to the ground. Finish off with a powerful skull bash as the opponent tries to get up.
Needle burn - (Akki+ forms only) Neci uses a concentrated ball of fire energy to shoot into
the opponent. The ball is white-hot, and spins as it is blasted into the opponents skin, causing it to burn a clean cylinder
into their body. The ball stops half way through and dissapates as the energy is lost.
Flame Rush
- (Kairiki+ forms only, long-range only) Flame aura is intensified and drawn in close to the body. The chest and torso
area then erupts outwards in a thick pillar of concentrated flame which extends quickly and pummles into the opponent, holding
them against a wall or solid surface. Neci then leaps forward, breaking off the stem of flame from her chest and jumps atop
the pillar, riding the surging momentum as if surfing, and then slams into the opponent fists-first.
Illegal moves
Ember Kiss - (Akki+ forms only, close-range only) Neci pins the opponent and
clasps her mouth over theirs in a kiss and breathes a strong brush of flame into their lungs and stomach.
Needle burn X - (Eriito form only) Just like regular Needle burn, but once imbedded into the
opponents skin, explodes. Severing the limb, or causing major destruction to specific bodyparts.
Torture shroud - The opponent is blasted with a large blanket-like burst of flame, which enshrounds
the enemy and shrinks to skin-tight size.. burning the oppnents clothes and skin. The shroud stays as long as Neci holds her
concentration. Once the link is broken the fire takes a few minutes to burn out all it's energy.
Weaponry:
Neci favors a long-handled, spiked mace club. In drastic circumstances she will use a hydraulic mace, which throws forward
the mace head in the swinging momentum. This weapon can crush reinforced concrete into dust, but it is also a lot heavier
and harder to control (Retractable spikes, spring-loaded spike at the end of the pole for stabbing moves ^.^). Both weapons
are fire-magic proof, so Neci can charge them with energy for an extra kick.
Personality: The
best way to describe Neci is, well.. Like fire. She is energetic and powerful. Beautiful, yet dangerous. Neci is forever the
optimistic, always trying to bring cheer and fun into the rest of the group, even when times look bad. You'll always see her
smiling or laughing, but she is quick to anger sometimes, and lethally serious. She does give a mocking attitude to powerful
enemies, an ego-booster, but makes her bigheaded and easily susceptible to attacks she isn't ready for. It all eventually
ends in tears.
Misc. details: Neci owns two fire dragons, Scabies and Rubella. Scabies is green
and blue, and since poachers prematurely hatched him out of his egg, he will never grow to full size. Rubella is crimson-red
and a fully-fledged female at maximum height. She is useful for carrying loads and more than one passenger, and Scabies can
be used for battle much easier unlike his sister, because he is small and nimble. Rubella and Phaeton's dragon Shadow recently
hatched an egg - a beautiful baby girl named Malaria.
